Eurovox EX5000 PVR copy recorded video to PC

Hi All,

I've searched this forum and other trying to find a way to transfer recorded video from my EX5000 PVR to my PC. Online documentation for this box seems to say that it is possible but not in the printed manual.

I've tried connecting the hard disk to a Linux machine which I have but it cannot recognise the partation table.

Is there a way to modify the partition table to make this disk readable
or is there any other way I can trandfer the video to my PC?
