I have a soft modded wii and everything was going great then these dvd error 409 has poped up on the last couple backups i have tried to burn anyone know what it means the last game i got to work was final fantasy but tried to burn paper mario, don king, and world at war and all give me the samething anyone know what this error means help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check your ios and see if its ios 249. Installing the right ios could fix this. -_-.

Try cleaning the disc or laser.

Since it is error 409 you might want to try cleaning it with some 409.

Could also be a bad rip or bad media. Try diffrent media and burn with IMGBurn at 4X.

You also might want to make sure you have updated to cIOS36_rev10 which is the latest.

k it was a bad rip i guess cause just tried a different file and it worked fine but one other ? how do you update cios
