so modding friends hitachi drive and want to know is there specific hitachi hirmware i need to flash it or just 1.51 firmware? also is there specifc firmware fore specifc hitachi drives?

you need to look at the drive and find the version like 059dj, 78fl, etc....

where do i look to see what one it is and is there special steps i have to do once i get it. flashing it with jungle flasher, done my samsung drive recently just wondering if there is special step as far as hatachi go. looking for guides but most i keep find are like 2 years old.

i forgot to mention, once you find that model look for the corresponding firmware or just load them all into the fw folder on jf.

open your xbox 360 and look for the "rom version" on the dvd drive. then read the "jungle flasher tutorial" (you can google it) and it'll give you a step by step.
