Are your instructions still working ??

Hi can anyone help me pls. Just got kryptview (the black one). I flashed it and tried to scan for channels. it scans tps and then it goes to try schan for channels but not 1 channel comes up. Can someone pls help me with this??? Im lost i tried re flashing 3 times
