Starview 3 timing issue

My starview 3 has a problem with its EPG. For example when the time is 7pm it displays the programmes that are on at 3pm etc. I went to user setup to check if the time setting was correct and it was. I also rebooted the starview but still no luck

Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if the Kryptview Box works through N*L the way the Sta*view does

And do you need to install software using PC
