i,ve just got re5.
i dont think its all that, how anoying is the partner using all of the ammo and getting in the way all of the time.
the graphics are cool but i am getting this anoying flicker i thought it was apart of the game because it looks like an old security camera type flicker but it only happens in the cut sceen´s it starts about halfway down the screen as a thin line and scrolls about a couple of inches and vanishes. i thought to myself it cant be purposly there because this is the part you would expect the game makers to show off there clever graphics.
has anyone else had the same thing happen

it doesnt happen on any of my other games so i dont think its my xbox.

i tried it on my tube tv today and it was perfect no flicker.
so it must be an issue with my pc monitor.
it´s strange none of the other games i have do this.
its set to 60 hertz and the res is 1280x1024
maybe it´s an issue with the game´s hd output.

Could be. I haven't even tried the 360 RGB cable yet. I've always used HDMI. Try another cable and if that isn't it, then it's just an issue with your monitor.

Any other people who use RGB ever have an issue with RE5?

Edit - Is that your monitor's native resolution? Also check your settings on the 360.

if you have a newer TV with HDMI ports and your xbox has it too just go with HDMI cables change the setting in the xbox console dashboard HDMI are cheap shop4tech.com has a sale and their pretty good cables looks way better i have it set to 1080p which is the best the xbox 360 can do. Consolesource has hdmi cables too it says their HDMI v 1.3a. i dont think the flickers a bad burn or youd get a this disc is unreadable message or it wont even read when you put it into the drive, or youd get skips or freezing. Hope i helped , oh yeah RE5 is an awesome game, beat it last week:)
