Maybe your computer didnt dump the key properly... well i guess your buggerd now. Is your orig.bin 256 KB? dont forget you need to merge them with firmtool. With the command: firmtool orig.bin ix151.bin

open the original in jungleflasher and look at the key. if its 000's or 777's you have a big problem. if not try flashing original back to drive and start process over again.

Why don't you use the tried and tested old dos tools.. the sam patcher and the mtkflash?

I had the same problem with my ms28, Then I tried flashing it in dosflash (booting from floppy) and it fixed the error.

Isn't E65 a error that reguards to spoofing the drive...i.e If your 360 had a Sammy MS25 and you put in a MS28, even with the correct key, it'd give you E65 because it wasn't spoofed as a MS25.
Or does that even matter in Samsungs case since the FW is based on MS28's?
Well, I see people have stated this and that's not the case here apparently.
Go old school and re-flash with mtkflash or dosflash in dos.

Maybe post the original firmware so other advanced users can take a look at it. Just reading through some other threads and found this one somewhat related to yours...
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/lofiversion/index.php/t575126.html
Talks about the BG41-00258A 2005.2.21
In JF, can you open original firmware, autospoof ix1.51, flash and then post the JF Log on here?

Also, maybe try DosFlash 1.7 (DosFlash32 Windows GUI based). But yes, as belenos said, read the firmware now and see what it reads.
