i updated my wii with HBC from 3.2U and everyuthing worked great i recently took steps to update to 4.0 and everything seamed to work great except the sd funtion so i did some looking around and found i did not load IOS60.wad so i did and the sd fuction worked. i poped a backup in last night and used backup loader and all i got was a script on the screen and it was stuck in that script so i rebooted tryed to lonch it again and nothing. i figured mabey IOS60.wad was causing issues so i atemted to remove the wad file i press - on my remote and the screen said compleated but it would not return me to the wii menu so i rebooted and now all i get is a black screen.

yes all the cords are pluged in

is there any help for my wii

Bad news for you: You're in deep doodoo. You should have asked for advice when the backup loader didn't work. It may have been because the upgrade to 4.0 wiped out the cIOS used for backup loader (IOS36 rev X). You could have just reinstalled that and get your backups going again. What you did was uninstall an IOS (IOS60) that is used by Nintendo's System Menu. One of the advices I see most when reading these forums is that: Do NOT remove cIOS unless you're absolutely sure you know what you're doing.

Do you have StarPatch or Preloader installed before this happened?

there are 2 methods to upgrade either one should work..but you took a little further..removed ios60.

you should re installed Cios8/9 and load again the IOS60. This should have fix your problem.

the prob i have atm is the black screen i cannot get into the wii menu all i get after turning the power on is a black screen no press A to get into the menu

You full brick your Wii since you remove the System Menu(IOS60)..send it back to Ninendo..
