hello im from southern ireland myself just got the new starview 4 box today and i cant get any channels, keeps saying found none. Ive tryed updating the firm ware from several links still no joy, any help would be appreciated.

My understanding is, that and 99% of other boxes are not going to work on cable. Do some reading on other threads in this forum and you'll find out why.

Sorry m8 but your wrong, got it working there a half hour ago, they have the cables mixed up at the back. Recieving all channels ba movies and sports. Dont suppose there available yet?
