I just purchased a Starview The Box SuperUSB, and it will not pick up any channels on the search. I've flashed it to 1.07 and it's still the same.
I've not had a Virgin package before, but am plugging the box into a wall socket which is a standard female (I think?) TV style RF socket.
If I connect directly to the TV, I can pick up a number of channels, one is a Virgin logo suggesting I need to purchase a package, all are grainy though.
Could this be my lead is too long or dodgy? Or is it possible that I'm not picking anything up because Virgin haven't turned on the digital signal (can they do that?)
