Hi,

I installed my chameleon chip. And then when i power on the xbox, the eject led flashes yellow and then green and nothing happens on the screen. The chip flashes RED (new chameleon) and the xbox open the dvd drive...
But even if i put a BIOS cd-r nothing happens... (and icant see the screen)...
Anyone has a clue?

it will flash orange/green if there is no link from xbox to TV

I found the prob....
I was trying to install the chameleon 2 with the ADAPTER to a xbox version 1.5 (which wont work without some modification to the adapter :)
