Volume on TV when I switch KV on is reduced by 70%.
Any solutions?

turn the volume up on the box first fully up all the way

then the tv volum up until it is high then use the remote for the box to lower the tv only

dont have the tv sound to high on the actual tv as this will cause a buzzing has to be an even keel for both
