WII Shop Channel issue

i justed re formatted my wii and started over because i was having a few issues. currently what ive reinstalled is 3.2u/softmii is there anyway i can use the wii shop channel? and if so what patch must i get for it to work? thank you

what is your region? if USA there is a fix you need the ios60/61.

im sorry i forgot to mention when i returned it back to 3.2u and goto the wii shop channel id expect it would ask me to update but instead i klik start on wii shop channel then i get a blackscreen and then resets and i go back to the wii menu. also i did try ios51/shopchannel update

ios51 no longer works since the Big N updated their server so you need the ios61 and shop channel which is the version used in 4.0.

thank you everything works awesome now i just have to figure out why cant i download songs using a backup of world tour i think it may be a pal version.. any ideas
