I think he means in the "nagravision" menu, either that or he loaded the sv2 software onto it, which I actually done by mistake before too, luckily its just a matter of reflashing

ok simple terms

go to menu factory reset 0000 press ok

accept language

installation make sure antenna power is on and rescan your box

make sure you have no splitters on your cable and you are doing it from the main room where the power pack is

after it has brought all the channels in go to menu 1570 and turn the EMU on then exit to tv and if you have the most up to date firmware on the box it will update and you channels will come back

leave the nagravision alone there is no need for you to be in there at all

Make sure you are using the latest firmware in eamos library or cablebox.4shared.com

Goto factory reset
press 0000
press ok to delete
accept language

installation make sure antenna power is on and start scan
when scan is complete press exit 3 times till at a scrambled channel
press menu
press 1570
turn key emu on
press ok on set default key
press exit(do not go into the nagravision menu)
turn on sky two and wait for update(ive only seen SV's update on this channel)
if box doesnt update, power on/off at the back and
turn back on sky two

get a new scart lead and try it again

does it say anything on the screen or is it just blank ??

you need a full 21 pin scart both ends of the lead and make sure you have the scart in the correct slot on the back of the box its marked look

Factory reset the box and rescan or manually scan for it

If you try manually scanning I think the frequency is 207.2500
