Wanted: Weapons of Fate - Security update?

Alright, I just stuck in Wanted: Weapons of Fate and it said update required to play game. I said ok, it rebooted, and now says something about a "security and program update" I'm currently running Iextreme 1.51, is it safe to accept the update?
