Hi and thank fr trying to help (hopefully)

I Installed UnleachX then copied over XMBC via FTP as an Application, whiched worked then tried to make XBMC my Default via the instruction on XBMC.org and now I have Error 16.

I only renamed the the files so if I can just somehow get the xbox to a state were i can FTP it I should be able to fix it.

Additional Info.

1# I have backed up the eeprom , but its on the xbox

2# It booted up with Splinter Cell but now it won't.

3# Before I used the action reply method, i tried to hotswap but my Pc has Sata drves so I just could not get it to pick up the drive, also I have created this disk with xboxhdm 1.9

4# I copied AID 5 to disk but the Drive does not read it.

4# I have another Xbox thats has been softmodded but in 2006.

ALSo i was think can I just take the drive and use USB to IDE converter kit and then plug it in as (plug and play) and then use 360Explorer or something to then just change the file on he drive back to the originals

Please can someone help or maybe just go and buy a new old xbox is the only other opion i can think of

you have a working mod.. so use that to stick the exploit saves on a memory card..

btw.. softmod dash files live in E:\dashboard.. don't ever change anything on C .. as long as you remember that and to not play the exploit game you are fine and can always recover..

have you tried the halo2 fix to at least get a boot?

Well I copied over the game explionts for Spinter cell to the xbox before it got softmodded, is that anygood?

NO i have not tried the halo2 fix, I have to get halo2 to first, so i'll lend it from a mate or something an give it a go.

I played around trying to set XMBC as main dash, and after renaming some stuff I got an error also(don't remember what number). I fixed it with an AID disc. Initially the box would not read it-it was burned onto a CD. I ripped it and burned to a DVD and the XBOX read it fine.
