First I want to make clear that I think ImgBurn is a great program. But I have a problem: I always used ImgBurn to burn my Xbox360 games and it worked perfectly. But last week I bought a new and a lot better PC (Acer Aspire X1700). It has a DL burner and I use Verbatim DL discs for burning just like before. But if I put my burned disc in my Xbox, I get a white screen with a Xbox 360 logo on it. If I try to push any button, it does nothing. I tried to burn two different games (Wanted: Weapons of Fate & Stormrise), because I thought it could be a wrong download or .iso file. But with both games I had the same problem. They both had a .dvd file with the ISO and I opened this .dvd file in ImgBurn before burning on 2,4 speed. I also tried to put in the layer break manually, but it made no difference. My old burned games on Verbatim discs still work. I really don't have a clue what's wrong and I hope someone can help me with this problem. I already used 4 Verbatim discs on this ...
No, my xbox has never been connected to the internet.. Is that necessary? If I do so, am I not going to be in trouble because I flashed my driver or something?
Okay, by the sounds of it you have older firmware, you NEED to upgrade your drive to ixtreme 1.51 so you need to either:
A) find out what drive you have and then follow a tutorial to flash the drive yourself (if you have the technical knowhow, there are plenty of good tuts out there)
B) take the console to the guy or shop that flashed your console the first time and ask to be upgraded to the latest ixtreme 1.51. They should be fine with doing this but you will more than likely have to pay them as its clearly been awhile since you last got it flashed.
