heres My thoughts on how we could install HBC on 4.0

we could:

1. Copy the HBC off someone with it pre-installed by using the data managment section
2. Run it off the SD channel loader
3. Install Pre-loader
4. Install the BOOT.dol from the HBC using pre-laoder

Done

Or

Use do 1 and 2 then use WAD manager to install system menu 3.2...

???
