I had my account set up so it would charge my credit card every year.. but I decided I didn't want xbox live gold anymore so I removed my card from my profile. But when it was time for renewal, I still had Gold, and finally it says my account has been suspended because of a payment problem.. which is fine, i dont want gold, but how can I get my gamertag back to a silver account so I can download demos? Right now it just says Xbox Live Disconnected.
