HBC + Wiikey2 co-existance?

hey guys, i just got my wii modded with a wiikey2 the other day out of pure impulse, before i discovered the homebrew channel and wii softmodding scene after my buyer's remorse and the loss of accomplishment from 'proof of concept' as i did with softmodding my ps2(Swap Trick) and gc(stream trick). If i opt to install the homebrew channel via the burned twilight princess method, is it mandatory that i remove the mod chip after installation of HBC or will the mod chip and HBC be able to co-exist at the same time?

You can use both. There is no problems.

I have Wiikey 2 and hbc, wiigator backup launcher, and usb loader.

I never use the backup launcher, just installed it anyway.
