Hi Guy's anyone know if i can edit the channel list on the Kryptview A750 and if so how to do it? I just got my new Kryptview last week, flashed it, installed all channels, all working perfectly but the slightly annoying thing is they are all over the place like sky sports beside RTE and then a porn channel. I'm on NTL and my old starview had the channel list the same as NTL do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Are they not automatically sorted in their categories for you ?

Don't think you can edit them as they go by the ENN TEE ELL numbers.

Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

No they are all listed from 2001 to 2133, some channels it picked up dont exist on the NTL newwork they were blank, and as i say like setanta golf was something like 2014 then 2015 was RTE and so on.

If you press the ok button and then the green button (i think), it should show you the categories.

Just press the green button as SG said and this will bring up categories. However your channel numbers should not start off with a 2 but they should have a zero at the start, i.e., 0101, 0102, etc.

Turn the box off from the back switch and then back on again after a few seconds. This should sort out the channel line up problem.

you can edit the order of the 'total list' just OK for it and then 'edit channel'. it also sticks when you unplug

better interface on this compared to eurovox, only real issue is 'total list' is a measly ten a page and does not list what's on at that moment.. used ta practically tell what day it was by glancing at that. hard to live without

-should mention to irish eurovox looking to go KV apart from my own personal gripe, setup is easier here. also there's no wrong time issue nor losing channel order. more responsive unit too

The KV is very slow, like the Reply lite.
IMO the best menus on any boxes were the SV1,2,3

ScOuser I have flashed 7 or 8 of these boxes now and about half of them have channel numbers in the 2000's other half as you said 0101 0102 etc why is this? and should we re flash with older firmware to try and get the channel numbers back to 0101/02 order etc. although this isn't a major problem for me.

this happens when you scan on a week signal and also if your feed is split within the house you need to be scanning on a direct feed to the house wall to box not splitter to box etc

Everything all sorted, i had tuned the channels in on the second box in the apartment the weaker signal that probably explains the problem thanks for your help.
