hi guys

ok i have done a lot of searching around and all i can find are articles dating back to 2006. i wish to flash my drive so i can play my own backups i use xbox live gold and have the nxe.

i have been reading on the old articles that i can flash my drive and that would allow me to play games without a mod chip. is this still the case now?? if it is can you give me some advice on now to do it and if its not can you tell me what mod chip is best for an xbox live user.

ps im not a noob to the whole back up scene because i have a wii with a wii key so dont hold back any info :)
