Channels gone on starview usb

Hi iv lost a good few channels like e4 and statins like that on my starview 4 , now i know all the sport and movies are gone im talking about channels we still have is there a new fix for the usb like i have the channels on all the other boxes in my home ....dublin nthell
P.S
also is there any nag 3 boxes out ye or is it just the fix for kryptview 1 with nag 2

yes there is a problem with sv4 usb in ireland,fix i would not hold my breath,they cannot make a box to run on n3 until it is in use and cracked and that can take a while even a year or so who knows?krypts might be the way to go .dont think starviews or other boxes will last without fixes like the dodo bird.

hi, i'm new 2 tis site and was lookin 2 find out why random stations on my starview box aren't workin?? and i c'n the mention of kryptview, could some1 tell me what tis is?

Try scanning for channels again, they should pop back like magic...
It's unlikely that you'll see any "Nag 3 boxes" within the next year, who knows - you may not see one for 3 years, or ever.. you could see tomorrow, but if I owned a bookies that odds against it would be astronomically high ;)
Kryptview's are going for now, but for how long is uncertain - they could go tommorow, at the start of June, or for even longer.
@cactikid: With regard to SV4 running nagra 3 - it may not even be possible. Processor speed and longer keys would need to be taken in to account along with other factors that may inhibit any of the Starview, Eurovox, Kryptview, etc boxes from ever exploiting a Nagra 3 system.
@shmaz: NTL/UPC are changing the encryption system from Nagra 1 to Nagra 3 (Currently broadcasting on 2 & 3) which is why your Starview box can no longer receive certain channels.
Kryptview is the only box currently working (that has all channels), exploiting Nagra 2 streams.

at the moment the sv4 is not even running on n1 lol,in irl on n*l down to about 10 channels,u can reflash,reset,rescan for the next month it wont work.i have lost faith with starviews many years ago.

yes different boxes and different tuners the Sv4 will not work on the channels that are gone the other boxes will except for the ones that have moved to N2

cactikid hi tahanks for many of helps over the year or two i had great faith in the super boxs tell they moved to n2 .i use krypview now.do u think there will be a update for super box?

no there will be no updates for the older boxes ya be lucky to get the SV4 USB fixed as this will be prob the only one they will fix if they ever get around to it but after 8 weeks its not looking hopeful for any other fixes

Hi Guys,
Got Starview USB 3 days ago but from what you say there is no hope of getting it working?
In Dublin,so nag 3 is an issue?
Should I stop trying fixes and give up????

Tried v 1.10 and 1.07 but only a few channels. Tried Beta (rar file) but won't allow me to load to box. Any ideas please?
Have factory reset
Loaded version from USB
Scanned
Emu on
Scanned again
Is this the right way? Still only a few channals!!

use beta file dont rar it like zip it just load file onto pen drive should work fine do factory rest frist

u dony need winrar or anything like that down load it load it on to pendrive and up on to the box

he just said it wont allow him to load the rar file.

here is the file you should have on your box do a factory reset and put this file on your usb stick and d.load it on your box and you (dont need winzip or anything else)

then do a scan to get your chanells in
when you done that press munu 1570
turn keycode on and press set default key then exit
make sure box is off when putting in and taking usb stick out
