Converted files only play briefly ??? MKV's

Hi all
rite having a few probs trying to convert a load of mkv files so that they will play on my PS3 with out much success. Ive tried lots of different programs but most wont work at all on my machine for some reason.

The most recent on ive tried is TsMuxeR and followed the guide on here and all seams to convert fine. File plays fine on my pc fine under vlc but when copied to my NAS and streamed to my PS3 it only plays bout a min before stopping. The other strange thing is that when u check the info box on the PS3 it shows the file only being between 50 - 60 meg instead of the 4.5 gig the file is really.

Using the latest firmware on the PS3 and streaming from the NAS via Twonkey Media Server.

Im pretty new to all this , if its obvious please dont give me grief.
