I'm just curious and confuse about the wii how they convert it in US version. I've research about it and I've found out that if you have a korean wii, you can only play korean games. I've found out that it can play ntsc if the wii has a modchip. Can a softmod change the language?

All Wii out of the box are lock to play only to the region of origin. Using modchip or softmod by pass that restriction.

Modchip only by pass the DVD reader, so the menu will still be Korean,In softmod you change the OS (region changer) of the Wii Menu so this includes the language from korean to english.

wow, that's so amazing. I just thought that only modchip can change the language, I didn't know that software can do that. Thanks again, now I really learn a lot of stuff.
