i had the exact error message and 80020321 code. i solve it by simply putting in a UMD game disk. then the iso loads, try that.
hi, long press R button while you are starting the PSP to go to the M33 recovery menu. From there go to CONFIGURATION tab and change UMD Mode to M33 Driver.
With the latest CFW 5.00 M33-6 - All PSP games work fine using the M33 loader, I have set the speeds to 333 (yes it reduces battery life but it does ensure all the games run at full speed) and on -6 CFW there is a setting to increase the speed of the memory stick - select always, and this really does work!).
The games that didn't work are the ones that have been ripped. Some games need the UMD in the back as parts of the information needed have been removed. This is particulally true for older games, on older cfw people were happy if it ran, even if you did have to mess around with settings for each game, also memory sticks were sooo expensive the games were compressed to as small as possible. If possible use unripped versions of the iso's.
I now only use unripped games (most converted to .cso) and they all run without issue or changing the settings, the only other issue using a memory stick larger than 2GB can create is a no save - insufficient space to create a save file, this is down to the game design, put the game on a 1 or 2GB memory stick create the save file, swap it to the large memory stick and it works!
