use 1.51, 1.5 is a waste of time now, or wait until the 14th and flash it with 1.6. just follow the guide within jungle flasher and you will be fine.

ok now I need to download the new jungleflasher..
Whats the difference between the old one ,the current one and teh upcoming one?

If you are good at taking your 360 apart, and your system is setup properly to flash, I would just go ahead and do ix1.51 for now. And then ix1.6 after the 14th.
If you have trouble, you will want to troubleshoot for a bit and get your system figured out so you can flash without a problem. Goodluck!

old one doesnt support wave 3 games, current does, next one adds 0800 support for all drives.

The difference between 1.5 and 1.51 is security support for Wave 3 games, do NOT use 1.5. But if I were you, I would wait a couple weeks until 1.6 comes out, and use it. Gives you the option to rip games too if you want.
But irregardless, use 1.51 if you don't want to wait until 1.6 to come out.
The tuts looked alright, just make sure you have a 32 bit Windows and not a 64bit a Jungleflasher does not like 64bit. I can get it to run on mine but it can get buggy, so stick to 32bit. If you have 64bit I would recommend Iprep to flash it. Its just as easy as jungleflasher for BenQ drives and without the need to be in Windows, what bit system you have doesn't affect it.

new jungle flasher has support for hitachie drives.
fw 1.5 does not play wave 3 games(most games released after RE5)
fw 1.51 was made to play wave 3 games(and all others) while we wait for 1.6
fw 1.6 will play wave 3 (and all others)plus have added security against detection and add 0800 support for all drives which enadles to rip games with a 360 dvd drive rather than kreon or other methods.

I dont rly use xbox live much..OK so if I wait for the 1.6 Ill have the possibilty to rip games without needing another drive and by just connecting the xbox to the comp?..
can yopu find me any tutorials for falshing it or the vidoes I brought were ok?

ah i copied only the image link not the url link. mgc was acting funny the past 2 days, seems to be running smooth today.

Guys Now I downloaded the Jungleflasher 1.51.
I cant open it it gives me an error 0xc0000135
whats a liteon do I need it?

.Net framework. Download and install .net 3.5 SP1.
By the way, the most current version of JF is 0.1.59.

hey I have a Philips liteon drive...Anything I should know.Ive opened it..
Ive totally detached the drive from the xbox 360..Im terrified now.
what should I do?
I ve got teh sata cable..can anyone direct me from here,

You are going to need some hardware to extract the important info.
But like stealthdf said, read up on the Lite-ON section in the tutorial before you do anything drastic.

I left it..I didnt have the guts to do it...Im gonna take it to a professional...its about 40-60 bucks...thanx anyways guys..
