sorry all been away for the last three months and now am back my box dont work sv1 on tw is thier a fix i need can anyone help please

here ya go update your box with new firmware and it should be fine just make sure you put the correct firmware on your starview

am struggling downloaded gtrom v.4.00 downloaded cryptv1,5 bought all new cables for my laptop from maplin and this aint happening frankinstien aint working mate fergus help please

you need to make sure your comport is set up right or if you are using a usb adapter that ist set right for that as well

also if you are using vista on your pc it wont work you will need to find a XP machine
