hello everyone.. i have DB500c and is down since morning.. all i can see is the EPG at the bottom of the screen.. was it a rollback??

Well - thanks for your reply. But I think Keys were rolled back yesterday for N*L.. I was managed to found the new keys and got it working again..Furthermore, I have a DB 500c and live in Stevenage. I use Digital Kaos Image v1.1 on it. Now I see people saying - there is something that can be installed which usually detects the keys itself by living the box on Sky Sports 1 etc.. is thre something I can download and install on box so that everytime there is a rollback I dotn have to search the keys ?

for your box to auto update the new codes by its self,it will need to be flashed(that means putting the new updated software on your box,by way of your computer)you can probably get what you need here by looking in eamos library(eko4shared)to find this look at the end of peoples posts(such as fergus or celtic)you will need to download dreamup loader,and then the correct image for where you live(your current image is version 1.1 as you said,so you need the updated version of that)you will also need a null modem cable and if you have a newer pc a usb adaptor cable.but you can enter codes manualy as you are doing(so thats good)if you get a toolbar then you can get codes easy(download and install bigmaq toolbar on to your pc)when installed it will appear on the top of your screen when you click on internet,then just click on the big key and find your codes.good luck mate.
