DLC with ixtreme 1.5.1+

Hey guys, I searched for anything related to DLC content, but mostly found info about flashing drives and the new 1.6 FW coming out.

Real briefly, how exactly does DLC work if someone has a modded Xbox?
Do I just run the same risk as going online if I want to pay and download the DLC content?
I wasn't sure if actually paying for the content and downloading would put me at more risk or if its just the same as going on Live in the first place, any answers would be appreciated.

It works the exact same as a non modded xbox. If you get banned from live though, you can only access the DLC that was purchased on that particular xbox.. Unless you have transfered all licenses from one xbox to another.
