DVD still says empty after burning with imgburn

Like the title says. Why does it say empty? Am i doing something wrong?

Im using Philips DVD-RW

Ok, ive just tried burning using Verbatim DVD+RW and it doesn't say empty any more. However, i just popped the game in my Wii and i get an error saying disc error 324 on wiigator gamma with IOS249.
My firmware is 3.1E.

Now i appreciate all the guides a few people have given me but they dont seem to work.
does anyone at all have a solution?
its just getting a bit frustrating now, thats all.
Also, when i bought my pre-modded wii, there was some games included on fortis dvd-r and they all work.

someone please help...thanks

You are using wrong media, should be verbatim DVD -R NOT +RW or +R. If those games still works that comes with the modded Wii then try burning using the -R and update your Cios to rev9 or Rev10. Soft moded Wii is picky on DVD Media.

There is so much crap on Ebay now days I wouldn't recommend it. You have a good chance of getting fake Verbatim media from Ebay.
