x-clamp fix now fans aren't working?

I just did the x-clamp fix to fix 2 red lights 0013 error. I turn it on now and get 3 red lights right away and the fans spin for 1 sec and turn off. Not sure what to do now.

screws are too tight you are shorting it out. You will get error 0031. loosen screws until you get green lights. ;)
