No. Each 360 has a specific key. If the key in the firmware of the 360 drive does not match the key stored in the NAND flash of the XBOX 360, you won't be able to play games.
Just learn how to flash the Lite-ON or pay someone to do it for you.

what if i read the lite-on's key, save it to the pc, and poof it on to the benq.....will that work?
