Hello Kitty & GTA 4? - how scary are they ? (more scary than GOW2 and Fallout 3 ?)

hey guys i am thinking of buyin a few games...i saw gow2 and fallout 3 and it looks kind of scary so my question is,how scary is it compared to fear perseus mandate.i am kind of chiken when it comes to scary stuff coz fear made me wanna sh... my pants onetime with ghosts appearing from nowhere

It all depends on what exactly makes you scared.
There are some part of suspense in gow2, with those zergling like creatures lurking around, you hear but don't see them until the bloodbath starts... hardly scary, nothing like fear like scary.
Fallout 3... there's one part with some flashbacks... illusions, not really scary, just weird... no ghosts as far as I know... lots of solitude thou, you'll be scavenging many abandoned places with bones around and stuff... no ghosts thou.
I guess you´ll be fine with both, just stay away from dead space and fear of the dark... and maybe bioshock.

Wait a sec, "more scary than GTA 4?"? If you really think GTA 4 was scary I'd tell you to go and get Viva Pinata.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

let me clear this up gow2 does not scare me i just threw it in coz it was in the list of the games i wanted.and then i asked if fallout 3 is as scary as fear before i bought it and it was goin very cheaply

So true...I don't think I have played a game like Dead Space that I didnt "Hate/Love" so much...I loved it cause its superb and everything about it was excellent, hated it cause it made me so damn nervous playing it, it was almost a chore to put myself into it...But I beat it, and everyone should if they wanna experience Grade A video game survival horror...

see thats how fear made me,i was scared but then somehow it made me continue though.i guess that is how gamedevs add more juice to their games.anybody tried clive barkers jerico and is it on x360

lol, if you're gonna be scared of fallout 3, then definately stay away from bioshock (bioshock 2 doesn't seem as scary, seeing though you're the strongest thing in rapture... nearly) the little sisters are so creepy... all big eye and innocent looking (apart from the blood stained clothing)

i just bought it m walkin home now,gow2 was sold out...argh!.will tel you how it goes...-as if you dont know-later on and i hope its longer to complete lol coz cod4 dissapointed me.i took a day and a half to finish it

You just bought what? Fallout 3? There are so many side quest and things to do in that game it should take you awhile to beat it.

You just bought what? Fallout 3? There are so many side quest and things to do in that game it should take you awhile to beat it.
I played that game for like 30 minutes. Horrible game. Graphics suck and it's way too open. Like where to go, etc. Silent Hill Homecoming is pretty good scary game.

i ve backed up my fallout as new as it is,learnt the hard way with cod4 anyway i have not played it yet.i think i have to pray and meditate first

bioshock, silent hill, condemed, f.e.a.r., and dead space are all scary games. I especially liked bioshock & dead space for the scary factor.

I agree 100% Fallout 3 was and still is one of the best games on 360 by far, hell its one of the best games of 2008 tbh, and it is a little scary at times when you're underground and get jumped by ghouls...but the gameplay experience is one i think everyone should try, it has a little something for everyone i think, and will stay in my collection for a long time, hell i have'nt even finished it yet!! I also picked it up during the xmas rush of 20 quid games here in england :D

Guys whats with baby growin up sh...i hate it.i quit where i had to escape and go to some sort of office.where would tha action start lol.somebody said graphics are terrible...myself i wont say they are good but better than john woo game

Stranglehold was released over a year before Fallout 3, so comparing them graphicwise would be like comparing Fear 1 (which really had shitty graphics btw) with 2.
Anyway, I'm waiting for Take2 to release Duke Nukem Forever, now that 3drealms is broke, maybe the game gets finally done.

yeah you got me,started playin pc like gta3,quake4,matrix,conflict denied ops,timeshift,crysis and gears 1 then i switched to 360 a few months ago.i only have 4 games lol for the 360...sad.somebody please give a list of some good fighter and shooter games.already have doa4 and cod4.and if somebody hates cod4 in x360...you are an idiot!

Duke nukem was originally desgined for pc... i am not a fan of the 360 arcade version.
As for the list, these are my favourites: Cod 4, cod 5 (basically all cods are good), halo 3, left 4 dead, halo wars (an rts, but still good), bioshock, halo 1.
Those are just off the top of my head, i've missed alot though
