I have repeatedly opened then while closing unpluged my lite on drive however when I start up jungleflasher i get Drive not Ready Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c so I click continue then when i press dummy from ixtreme it says ixtreme dvdkey extraction failed! Power drive with tray half open. Does anyone know what im doing wrong or how to fix this.
I have now hooked up my drive to a computer molex howeve when ?I try start jungleflasher in now get this error The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open please check drive ??????????????????????????????????w?????????????????????????????? and make sure that a disk is inserted and the drive door is closed
1.) Do you have a VIA VT6421 or a nForce satachipset?
2.) Did you turn on the power to the xbox then open up JF?
3.) DON'T HOOK UP THE MOLEX FROM A COMPUTER! THAT GOES INTO AN XECUTER OR MAXIMUS CONNECTIVITY KIT IF YOU HAVE ONE. MORE THAN LIKELY, DOING IT YOUR WAY WILL MOST LIKELY FRY YOUR DRIVE. 4.) Don't press "Dummy from iXtreme" first, press "Get key, Create Dummy.bin, Open as Source"
You must have the probe from some kind of connectivity kit in the R707 hole on the board of the drive first.
Something tells me from your last post that you think that you can get you JF to recognize your drive by just a molex connector.
DO NOT do this!
Get a VIA VT6421 SATA chipset or an nForce one!
Again, You'll also need a key extractor tool for your drive because its a lite-on...
Yes I have a via 6421 pci card. I plugged the molex cord into the ck3 and the ck3 power cord into the xbox drive. I then connected a sata cord from the xbox drive to the correct port on the pci card. Jungle flasher shows the lite on drive and all the properties seem correct. However when I put the probe on point r707 and click get key.. It says Warning serial data bad.

- eject drive
- disconnect power
- close tray half way
- plug power back in
while powering with the ck3 I unplugged it and manualy ejected it then pushed it half way in, however this did not resolve the issue, so i dont think the issue is the way im doing it. Thanks anyway.
