Eurovox EX5000 PVR - Red Standby Light Problem

My Eurovox EX5000 PVR is stuck on the Red Standby Light.

Have tried taking out hard disk and putting it back in - no luck. Have opened it up and checked if anything loose inside - no luck again.

I really enjoyed using the recording feature and am waiting for a Kryptview hard disk version.

Any suggestions?
