Is there a problem with the fans i got, they are meant to be quiet but are way louder especially in game or playing cod4 online. They can cool better but in online video's etc. are really quiet but these are so loud.

The 12v is enabled, and you need to press the button on the fan to change it back to 5v.

Yep, you must have the "turbo" on. I use a Max on my Elite and LOVE it. While the noise is quite noticeable when you're near it, after hours of gameplay that air blowing out is the same temp as when the console was first turned on.

Did you install it yourself? It's part of the power cable. There's a button which gets installed and sticks out of the rear exhaust grill.
