Okay every game so far has ripped good. But I am having problems with Xmen Wolverine. If i rip it at 12x I get numerous block error recovered messages. But when I lower the read speed to 6x it rips fine but when i run it through abgx, it shows it has a angle359.
So what's going on? why am i getting all these errors at 12x?
Riddick is more scratched up and dirty and it ripped fine at 12x.
Oh and this is a new kreon drive manufactured in March 2009, it's a SH-D163B if that helps.

And question 2 is, under tools, it shows drive specific, do I select the kreon drive that I have? That's what I've been doing so far.

Thanks!

Usually you can get away with ripping at 12x but if you keep getting errors, like you said, rip at lower speeds. Lower speeds will give better results.

The angle 359 is a Kreon fault. Use ABGX to fix it.

You are correct in selecting your Kreon drive.

I thought abgx doesn't fix that stuff. Because I will run the same iso through abgx numerous times and it still shows the angle 359.
My understanding was that its okay to have the 359 angle as long as your ixtreme fw is 1.5 or greater.

You are correct about the firmware. iXtreme 1.4 and higher will correct the 359 angle on the fly. So, option is purely up to you whether you want to fix it or not. I always fix just because a burn is permanent.

The option to fix is under the AutoFix tab, listed under SS Challenge/Response Data.
