How do I exit Gamecube game to go back to Wii menu?

Okay, maybe this is something obvious and a stupid question, but not knowing the answer is really bugging me. I have Wiigator Backup Launcher 0.3 installed with optional Gamecube BIOS installed. I can load Gamecube backups through the Backup Loader channel. That all works great. I just don't know how to exit the Gamecube game without having to manually walk up to the Wii and turn the whole Wii off and back on again to eject the disc. I tried researching this but found nothing about it. Is there a better way to exit out of Gamecube games and back to the Wii menu than all of that? Some crazy button combo that'll pull up an exit screen maybe? (Note: It can't be done with the Wiimote. Once the Gamecube game is going, the Wii will no longer recognize or sync with the Wiimotes.)

The only way is to manualy turn it off.

Thanks for the reply. I don't recommend exiting Gamecube games with the reset button on the Wii though. I gave that a try. When the screen came back on, there was a big error message on the screen about running the Gamecube and having to reset the Wii. Since then, I haven't been able to get any Gamecube games to boot. I tried installing the cMIOS_rev3 again, thinking that might have corrupted, but no luck getting Gamecube games to run again. I'm going to try deleting the Backup Loader channel altogether and then installing that again along with cMIOS_rev3 again.

Try unplugging the Wii for a few hours then plug it back in and try again. Even though I doubt the reset is the issue I edited my post above to just say turn it off.

I can confirm that the reset button is perfectly safe to use with a modchipped wii. Never tried with a softmodded one though.
