benq 1.6 firmware and jungle flasher error

Can't open file 1x151-benq.bin
I get this error after a read in JF. Why is it looking for this? I have 1.6 in the firmware folder.

The reason it's doing that, is because Jungle Flasher 1.59 didn't have support for 1.6. All you do to fix this, is when it goes to FirmwareTool32, and it just shows the source, you need to click on Load Target Firmware, and grab the 1.6. Then once it's loaded, the key may say 7777777777777777777. What you do next is just click on the button Spoof Drive to Target. It's right there in the middle of the program! Once the keys are matching, then just go Write the Firmware!

JF v0.1.60 will fix the auto-load problem.

Looks like I did it right then. Where do I get 1.6? Not on xbins. Also how to you access the ripping features?

1.6 as in the Firmware? or the newest version of JF? They got links all over the net by now, so it shouldn't be that hard to find.
And what do you mean by ripping features?

1.6 allows you to rip games now with the 0800 feature. Just wondering how that works and how it's accessed.

It has the info in the txt file that came with the Firmware. Said something like doing the eject, power off, push half-way in, power on, puts it in 0800 mode or something!

quick question. what is the purpose to upgrade from 1.51 to 1.6? are there games i cannot play with 1.51? just curious.

Well 1.51 was just a temporary fix for the 3rd Wave games. 1.6 has more security, and also adds 0800 Mode, so you can backup your games using your drive!

JF 1.6 works good. Just update, don't ask questions. LOL. If you want to stay on live, keep updating your firmware when it's released.
