just bought it, the guy said he had it modded and changed back. I see that the iso folder is still on the stick. How can i check and see if it is modded.

the system software says version 3.73 if thats what your looking for. I added a snes emulator, it shows up however when i click on it says game could not be started (80020148)

That means you've got official firmware, if you want custom firmware you'll have go get a Pandora Battery - install 5.00 M33 and you're good to go.
