i bought a used ps3 on ebay, the sensor seems to be working as when i insert a disc the blue led on the front panel flashes as if being loaded. none of the internal motors and laser diodes seem to be working other than the sensor that detects the disc being inserted. the motor that feeds the drive and rises the tray seems to be moving freely. as the disc is inserted the motor that takes the disc in seems to twitch and then stops moving. i am considering replacing the controller board as i believe that is the problem. any help or recommendations as to how to fix my ps3 will be greatly appreciated, thank you
