Sata Card to use..I cant seem to find any at best buy/compusa..A friend told to buy it online, but I do not know which one it is exactly. Can somebody help me? I'd really appreciate it.

You will want a VIA6421 PCI Card for flashing. You won't find those at retail stores! Try Newegg, I buy most of my PC parts there, and they have great prices!
