Hi there, just wanted to ask because I´m kind of a little bit paranoid about something right now, because for about 5 minutes ago I inserted the burned Terminator game into the Xbox (this release Terminator Salvation Region Free-XBOX360). I thought that the game had already been released before playing it and mean while the game is starting I checked a familiar site, I suddenly saw that there were nine days left to release date I reacted by shutting the Xbox off, powering it and taking the DVD out. So I guess the game was released earlier in USA than in Europe. So my question is, how bad is this, will there be a ban or if the game has already been released in USA can I play it in Europe like nine days before Europes release date?

I thought the Europe release date was set for the 22nd? Anyways, I know people play online before a release date, and yet to this day, they still are not banned. It is tough to say whether any red flags were thrown when you went on Live early. Just be careful about playing games in the future.

As I said before, there is no way to tell what Microsoft did in this case. Only time will tell.

I can´t quite remember my last post after the answer but of course thanks for the answer. The big question that I´m asking here isn´t really if there is gonna be a ban in like directly after playing the game, it´s more if the game has been realeased elsewhere earlier is it possible to start playing before the game releases in ones country, get it?

The game is in the AGBX360 database but only as a scene, so who knows if it's safe to play. I never play games before release date.
