Eurovox 7000 Lost Channels

Hi all, Have a new Eurovox 7000 HD scanned set and working. Seemed to lose or move channels at will Managed to fix by moving box so airflow was better keeping box cooler. Re setup box all seemed well until about 48Hrs late. Now Sky 1 just states "scrambled channel" Do I have to go through the whole rigmarole of a scan as this appears to move any channels saved to wherever the box wants to put them, not where i had recently saved them.
