Need help with 110W setup

I am helping someone get there new satellite running correctly. I do not know alot about the terminology (but know more than the owner ) so I told him I would give it a shot. I am working with a Winegard roadtrip dish that is suppose to automatically switch from 119W to 110W (DishTV) as needed. I understand the switch 64 needs to be programmed to make the auto toggle work, among other things. The 119W (EchoStar 7) appears to be working ok and I finally got where the dish will move automatically (I can hear it) to 110W or something. I am not sure what I did but when I am in the installation setup and select the satellite EchoStar 10,11 shows as 360W, not 110W. I can get some of the 110W channels but not all of them. Thinking it was ok, I ran the auto scan or channel scan, but it appears some channels are missing. We had to change the ?codes? on the actual Winegard dish for DISHTV and when that was done the persona accidentally moved the dish on the roof a little bit. I didn?t think that mattered because the dish is suppose to ?find? what satellite it needs and go there automatically (119 primary and 110 secondary) but I am not sure. Is it really getting part of 110 and maybe something else? I must have done something and am missing something in the setup. For the switch64 there is a dish 1, dish2 and dish3. Can anyone help me with the setup (in simple terms )?
