i have a had a flashed xbox 360 for about a month now, has 1.51 firmware. when i was playin tony hawks project 8 last night i have some tremendous game lag, bearing in mind i was playin single player and not on xbox live, any 1 tell me why this is?

few other games have been slightly laggy but only for a second.

Did you rip the game yourself? Are you using a verbatim dual layer disc? They are the best quality.

i downloaded it from Newsgroups, and yes im using Verbs burned at 2.4x using clonecd

Try installing the game to the HDD. See if that helps.
