i was givin a xbox witch was giving the this disc is unplayable. so i had two other hitachi drives lying around so i switched out the pcb,s and its still giving same error. iv try,d other discs the drive,s are all stock so last thing i,v try,d is flashing a known good drive but still the same anyone got any idea,s as im lost lol

try cleaning the laser-if that doesnt work, swap lasers with a known good one.
