Not sure if it's the adapter or wii. No lights, nothing. Bad thing is backup copy of punch is in the drive. Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me, it's something to do with the amount of power traveling to the powersupply, and the powersupply puts itself it a type of "safe mode". I left it unplugged overnight (10 hours) and it kicked right back on.

Yeah, I left it unplugged for about 15 minutes and she came back to life. Close call! I wanna finish punch out... LOL

probably due to overheating on power suppy ,its a circuit protection sensor..nice feature from big N....
