hi there,very new to this so please dont shoot me if i get it wrong.
just like to ask (maybe a stupid question) if i system link two xbox 360's and one is banned but the other is brand new with a new live profile, could there be any risk to the new console getting banned due to connecting the banned console to it.just to be clear i am not looking to play system link on live, just the two consoles, one running the original game and the other a backup. i only ask as i have read various disscusions on using a hard drive from a banned console on a new un-banned console.just thought maybe if files were transfered during system link it might affect the new one.

I dont think that would be a problem, I havent heard of this happening before so i think you would be fine.
